
DRINK RECIPES
(If
recipe calls for using a cocktail shaker and you are using one
of our mini cocktail shakers, be sure to cut recipe in half.)
Sour Apple Martini
0.5 oz. Apple Schnapps
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Citrus Vodka
Pour all
ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Take
part of a lemon and rim your martini glass, then dip glass in
Apple Cocktail Sugar for added sweetness and flavor! Strain drink
into the chilled and flavored glass.
Lemon Drop Martini
1.5 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
1.0 tsp. Sugar
2.0 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
1.25 oz. Citron Vodka
1.25 oz. Lemon Liqueur
Combine
ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake
well. Swirl half a lemon around the rim of a martini glass and
dip in Lemon Cocktail Sugar. Pour the contents of the cocktail
shaker into the glass, and serve.
Manhattan
4 oz. Blended Whiskey
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
4 Dashes Bitters
2 Maraschino Cherries
Chill
2 cocktail glasses. In a cocktail shaker, half full of ice cubes,
combine all the ingredients except the maraschino cherries. Shake
to mix. Strain the mixture into the glasses. Garnish each drink
with a maraschino cherry. Makes 2 cocktails.
Frozen Strawberry Margarita
6 oz. Tequila
2 oz. Triple Sec
8 oz. Frozen Strawberries
4 oz. Frozen Limeade Concentrate
6 Cups of Ice
Crush
ice in blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until
smoothe.
Mojito
4 oz. Club Soda
1 Slice of Lemon
3 Sprigs of fresh Mint
1.5 oz. Light Rum
2 tsp. Sugar
Put a
splash of water in a glass with the sugar and mint. Crush sugar
and mint into club soda with a spoon. Add remaining club soda
and rum. Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.
Red Wine Sangria
12 Orange slices
12 Lemon slices
2 Ten oz. Bottles of chilled sparkling water
½ cup Grand Marnier or Cointreau
½ cup orange liqueur or orange juice
2 bottles red wine
2 peaches, cut in wedge slices
Combine
all but sparkling water in a pitcher. Cover and chill to blend
flavors. Add chilled water and serve over ice in a large punch
bowl.
